How to Grow Your Urban Sprouts Microgreens

Growing your own fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens at home is simple, fast, and rewarding. Follow this step-by-step guide to turn your Urban Sprouts seed packs into vibrant, delicious greens.

What You’ll Need

  • Urban Sprouts Seed Packet
  • 2 Grow Trays (one with drainage holes, one without)
  • Coco Coir or preferred growing medium
  • Clean water
  • Spray bottle or misting bottle
  • Light source (sunny window or grow light)
  • Optional: Humidity dome or cover for blackout phase
