Urban Sprouts is powered by a husband‑and‑wife duo, Amy and Ian — two people who never expected to fall head‑over‑heels for tiny greens and funky mushrooms, yet here we are. Long before we ever set up our first grow tent, we were both working in worlds that revolved around people, problem‑solving, and creating experiences that mattered. Those years taught us how to welcome folks in, how to build things thoughtfully, and how to bring big ideas to life one step at a time. We didn’t grow up farming, but we did grow up loving great food, great people, and great ideas. Turns out, that’s the perfect recipe for a tiny-but-mighty urban farm with a whole lot of heart!
